Plan was for 6 x 2:00 hard with 1:30 recoveries.

I wasn't feeling great during my warmup (tight shins), but I decided to give it a try anyway. The had trouble keeping pace, so I started out slower on the 4th with the intent on picking it up near the end. I could barely muster whatever pace that was, so I decided to kill the rest of the workout.
