Target times were:
3:15 to 3:20
10:35 to 10:40
6:35 to 6:40
3:15 to 3:20
That 2k was pretty tough. I was a bit behind half way in and cranked it up a bit for the second lap. I was still able to hit my time on the final 1k, so that is good.
