Challenging workout - 2 @ HMP (6:18 pace) - 4 x 800 @ 10k pace (2:59 each) - 2 @ HMP
I felt some slight twinges in both my left PF and right hip flexor during my warmup, but neither bothered me again so hopefully it's nothing. I had a feeling restraint would be important early on in order to complete this workout, and I think I did reasonably well with that. A tad fast for the last 2 800s, but I didn't get carried away and finished the workout strong.
