Wasn't feeling great today and felt I needed a boost, so I bailed on my planned mile/4x400 down&up/mile and headed up to the Point Grey track to jump in with FSRC for Track Tuesday. The workout was as follows:
3 x 200
2 x 400
1 x 800
2 x 400
3 x 200
My plan was to stick to 85 seconds laps, except for the 200s where I had planned for about 39-40 on the 200s. We were going so fast though that by the time the first 400 was done, I decided to screw it and turn it into a miler workout and have some fun.
