4 x 2 mile @ MP
I got pumped up for this one by watching the FSRC crew kill it at 10 x 400 last night. The boys ran from 77-66 and the girls ran around 95-81, led by Keiko!
It might take a while still for this to feel like MP, but it's not uncomfortable. I forgot how much concentration it takes to stay on pace at this effort.
