Gorgeous day for a long run! I went out to the Richmond Dyke to roll this bad boy on a flat gravel out-and-back.
Since I was sick earlier in the week and missed my 3-2-3 MP tempo, we added in a few MP miles to today's run. I was feeling pretty good, except I started getting hungry right before the MP segment was to begin. It was challenging to keep my concentration, but I got through it. I guess this will be good mental training for the late miles of the marathon.
