Start at MP+20 sec and drop 5-10 sec every 2 miles.

Felt relaxed and comfortable throughout and only the last 2 required a bit extra effort and concentration. Ended on a slight incline which sucked and I know I should go by effort but couldn't help but pushing to try to make the last mile not slower than the previous.
