A pretty good workout. I was given a target of 9:30 for the single loop and hit it bang on. Was about 10 seconds faster the second time, but I just couldn't hold on even though I felt like I was running faster. We were told the second one is a bit longer, so that probably explains it, even though it's a net downhill.
