Met up with VanRunners at the Inukshuk to do the tail end of the run and to finish with Keiko and be her personal sherpa. The long breaks were annoying, but no more once we ditched most of the group at the totem poles. Tried to pace her for a 5k finish at 5:05. Her longest run ever, at about 30k.
