FSRC mile prep workout guest coached by Nic. The intent was to do:
2 x 800 (1 min, 8-10 min)
4 x 400 (40 sec, 8-10 min)
8 x 200 (20 sec)
Each set was 1600m, and if the last 2 sets were the same total time as the first set, we should expect to be able to run within about 10 sec of that on Saturday. I was a bit skeptical when Nic mentioned that each set would be harder than the previous, but he was really right.
