Ran a downloaded iFit challenge on Hakea Trail, Western Australia. Something was fishy with this run. iFit says I ran it at a 6:09 pace (not possible); my Garmin step-counter says I was at a 8:42 pace, and the treadmill says I did it at a 9:48 pace. It felt most like the 8:42 pace, but I'm booking it at the slower pace to be conservative in the running log. The TM says I went 2.25 miles in 22 minutes, so I'll book it that way. But jeez, it felt a lot faster than a 9:48 pace. I hope there's nothing wrong with the TM. Maybe it's just a glitch with the iFit challenge...
