I had a stress test at the cardiologist's office today. Might as well put it in the log!
I walked/ran 3 minutes each at 1.7mph, 10% incline; 2.5, 12%; 3.4, 14%; 4.2, 16%; 5.0, 18%, and then 1:16 at 5.5, 20%. So not very fast or far, but quite steep.
