New Haven Labor Day Road Race. This was my 15th straight year attempting to run this race (this time the Half Marathon), but I didn't make it. Too sunny, too hot, too humid, and too little training. I quit once the race got back near the start/finish area. My first ever DNF. I am not happy about quitting the race, but hopefully this will be a wake-up call to make me train better before my next race.
