I had a stress test at the cardiologist's office today. Did the same test that I did on Jan 20, 2014, and somehow I lasted longer. I would have thought that my age and reduced training wouldn't have allowed that.
I walked/ran 3 minutes each at 1.7mph, 10% incline; 2.5, 12%; 3.4, 14%; 4.2, 16%; 5.0, 18%, and 5.5, 20%. Stopped as soon as the last interval was done. So not very fast or far, but quite steep.
