OK intervals. Wasn’t feeling great, sorta like a 2 day hangover. I think I’m not recovering well.
Goal 1-2-3-3-2-1 hoping to be something like 6:30, 6:45, 7 with a cap at 7 being slowest. Not too far off. I can probably improve quality of 1st interval by adding strides to warm up.
