Great run, longest run ever. Was never pushing the pace, though this was faster than intended. HR was good throughout, though did creep a bit at the end as I stopped worrying about pace. Nutrition was good: 2xgel + 1x blocks (split in 2), 5 water stops. Was never thirsty. Head a bit light at the end, but nothing worrisome. Some leg pain during. All in all, a good run, and nothing like two attempts at 16 in Jan 2011, which were much slower and beat the crap out of me.
