great hard tempo run. body did not feel good-back hurt and had a stitch, but great run. 1st T mile tailwind, 2+3 slight slight headwind. overall HR 159. This is considerably faster than I was running before 2011 OC Half.
Cardio seems to be very good, but I need to start doing speed work.
