This was brutal. Went out to celebrate last night which ruined any chance of getting up early to beat the heat. Could have waited til tonight but decided to make this a heat acclimatization run. Very difficult 84 degrees direct sun. Some concerning pain in back of left knee and going up back of thigh appeared half way through. Avg 155 was all b/c of heat, not pushing pace at all.
