Notes

pretty good run on dead legs. Set out to do 6 with 4@T, but was dead after 2, so decided to just hold on for 3rd and then tack on extra 2 mile lap.

3@T =21:22=7:07/mile

Recovered well and last couple miles were close to 8 but easy.
