Good run on a very bad day. Rolling course with more wind than I expected or have seen on this trail but still a fraction of what I see on the water running from home.
Legs felt good at start. 1st interval was strong into small headwind and mostly uphill, but it wore me out. 2nd felt a bit of a struggle. 3rd I was moving hard. My pace seems to slow over the course of each interval, I need to be better about controlling and then maintaining I recorded but did not monitor HR at all, I was targeting pace, feel and (unfortunately) emotion only.
