ok run. was meant to be LHR, but I'm not going to be able to keep my HR that low on hills without effecting form right now, unfortunately. by the end, was feeling a bit worn out despite not working that hard, so calling this a medium. avg 155, cadence 168.
last week has been long: > 31 miles, 6 straight days. Likely need a rest day tomorrow if I plan on going long on Saturday.
