was a very good run. didn't bring garmin/hrm, just went by feel and was very comfortable the entire way. No real leg/hip pain. only problem was I thought I was going much faster: <8:30/mile. I need to reincorporate the 4 mile run back into the plan-just an easy run where I feel good the entire way and can easily recover from it. hopped on bike immediately afterward.
