Pretty good, very long run in warm sun. Legs mostly felt good, but after 1/2 way left quad/itb issues picked up, and at 10.5 miles had a massive, sharp pain in left calf that almost made me stop. Maybe a bad idea to run through it but it was only painful for a tiny bit. Effort was mostly easy but the distance and time on feet had me really struggling by 12 or so miles. Longest run for 7 years. Avg 150.
