very strong run in the cool, dark. first 3 was feeling good and not pushing too hard, finished up hill in 7:35, which is unusually fast for current conditioning. weight loss is helping a lot. set out thinking I might go six, and probably could have kept going, but it would have been harder to finish. as it was, I nailed the last hill and normally I'm dead on it.
