decent fast intervals in "heat". goal set 4x90,60,30, with 3 distinct gears. start under 7 and hopefully get under 6 for 30s. mostly worked out well but not happy w/ the 60s paces. next time maybe switch to just 90s rests between everything. legs. note that the watch was recommending i do nothing with training today score of < 1.
