outstanding tempo. was worried it would suck after all the down time, but I guess I'm tapered. stomach feels like crap from lunch and have been very light headed lately. VERY. Post run weigh in was 133.x, which is absurdly low given I weighed 137 yesterday AM.
No HRM.
This compares pretty well with the very hard 5m tempo I did before my HM PR in 2008 (5 mile time=33:56=6:48/mile) and is in fact the 2nd fastest I've ever covered 5 miles (first being 10k PR Jan 1 2012)
