Very good 1st fast stuff since 11/9/2023. no pain, legs a bit worn out, which became very evident with 2 1' intervals to go.
goal set: 3x2 + 6x1, starting at 7 mins and going from there, with equal rest but double between sets. Was a good idea that I didn't go 4x2, 8x1 (yet).
