It was nice to get out of San Mateo and into SF but this wasn’t a good run. For starters, legs are fried. Thought I might do intervals but bailed immediately after starting run as I was so beat up. Also, APEC security made continuous running impossible. Avg 133 more the result of tests than easy effort.
