Good long run in decent weather: not hot, but sunny enough to wear singlet. Wind was a bitch in the last 4 or so miles though. pretty sore, some concerning pains, but felt good and was never pushing. Nutrition was not great: 1 banana pre run, 2 gels, 2 water stops. I could have used more here. rounding up to medium b/c of pain level. avg 150.
