This was a very bad run. Legs and body had no spark from mile 0, and it just didn't get better. HR was never the issue, it was just effort of getting faster that was too much. Goal was 4@T, no pace, but starting in the 160 range and moving up to 170 for mile 4. This was mostly accomplished, but after the 3rd mile decided 4 would be a bad idea. Not much regret there. I hope this is just hangover from a long, hard training cycle.
