this was a strong AF run. I'm running on tired legs, it was warm and windy, but felt great. It was also after sun started going down, which made a huge difference. I wasn't sure what I was going to do at the start, was planning on 2x13 but decided 3 miles was better for 1st workout since before SFHM. No real goal as I was expecting 7:30s to be hard.
1st 2 were with tail wind, last mile into head wind, so pace is artificially fast.
