Would like to get to 100 miles, but that might not be realistic. Keep up streak of >=5 runs/week. Two runs of >=500ft gain with one run per week on the hilly 3 mile course.
Update 4/1:
Did not get goals, but the effort was there. Was sick midmonth and had colonoscopy so I missed a few days. Streak would be intact if not for that. I did let’s say 1.5 of the 500 ft runs, but did get more hills in general over the month. more than 1/week of the 3 mile hills. Goals did not account for the fact that we received the tempo.fit and have started lifting, which has really beaten my body up pretty bad, despite easy sessions.
