5 miles in 35:16@163. The heat definitely wore on me during this-I slowed down quite a bit at a much higher HR than I started. I'm actually surprised both by the average pace and HR given how I was tracking towards the end.
2 miles w/d in 16:22 @161. That HR looks ridiculously high, as it is, but I wasn't pushing at all. I wasn't paying much attention but I felt like I was moving slowly and whenever I looked at my watch I realized my HR was way too high and tried slowing down further, but then I'd zone out again. Anyway, it definitely did NOT feel like 161.
