very hard run. I'm not sure why I expected this to be easier and/or faster, but this was very tough. Mild rolling hills @ sawyer camp. rolling 7 day total of >42 miles, including 3 days of intervals and a long run, could be wearing me down.

turns out I did more than planned. I didn't look at computer before leaving work, was only meant to be 6x90+FOURx60, not 6x60.
