decent run. Was hoping that I'd be faster, but was able to hit prescribed targets. usual wind was present, but was worst during the rest interval surprisingly. I don't see how I this translates to good race time.

Slightly slower than workout on 4/26, though that was 4 intervals with 30 seconds shorter rest
