Very hard race, not at all happy with performance. I'm not sure if it was the taper, the lack of hill workouts, the lack of miles, the lack of downhill running, needing to crap the entire race, or what.
Monday edit:
sore in a way I haven't been for years after a race, which leads me to believe the long downhill at speed really messed up my legs.
