ok tempo run. Legs not feeling it at all (sore, no pop), but was able to do what I set out to do, which was 7 min miles -ish/max. Wind was decent on 1st half, explaining fast finish. Slightly concerned about not feeling great for last 4 days or so despite not doing much.
