Run distance was way off. Garmin had a lot of long pauses. From an HR standpoint, run was pretty good-avg well below 149. Shins hurt quite a bit and hips weren't great either. Faster than I expected for first Low HR run in a while. Legs seem to get really sore while running very slow.
