Testing an idea. Hip seems worse with stress but also worse when doing nothing. Hoping biking super easy will allow blood flow to the area while not stressing it too much.

Was thinking about how I had a stress fracture last summer. At the time it seemed like the worst thing that could have happened going into the tri season. Now I would give anything to be in that situation as opposed to this one because at least with that injury I could bike and swim pain free. Makes me wonder if there will be a day where I am wishing I am here with this injury as opposed to where I am then.
