Beat my alarm and got to the pool a little after 5:40am only to wait ~20 minutes for a lane.
Pool buoy again as my hip feels similar to yesterday.
2x 500 up ( paddles, no paddles)
5x 200 on 3:30 (no paddles) ~ 3:05

Times were an estimate based on how well I could see the clock with my foggy goggles. New watch should come today.
