CDC 10k. Started out as a pacer for Will but at a mile and a half he fell off pretty hard. Decided to still try and run a decent time (aka get under 32). This was a lot harder than I though and really struggled maintaining focus, especially on the windy back straightway. After 4 ish miles it felt more like a pushed tempo than a race and the last 8 laps felt like they were in slow motion. Shout out to the RPI boys and alumni for cheering me on for this long.
Technically a 10k pr and this is my track 10k debut. May run this again for real in a few weeks or may not...
