Notes

Probably my best track race so far. My plan was stay with the pacer for a mile and then see what happened. Everyone went out fast I was 4:39.0 through the 1600 and was off the back of the train. Worked on passing people and moving up the last 1400 and happy with how the race went. Feeling like I'm in really good shape right now and excited to keep racing.
