Woke up and my shoulders are cooked from overhead press yesterday. Wanted to do a super easy swim but after the warm up I ended up circle swimming Ben (the triathlete that makes swimming 1:20s look like a joke).
I wasn't going that fast but my ego wouldn't let me swim 1:40-1:45s like I planned :/
