Middlybury mile 4:29.29
Was in the slow heat for the mile so the plan was to get out hard and share the lead to pull through for a fast time... Not quite sure what happened but kinda stuttered off the line and got out in terrible positioning, essentially last place. Pulled out to the second lane to try and move up but the straightaways at Middlebury are only about 25m long which made it very hard to pass. Ran in the second lane for the majority of the race and had to work my way back through the whole field getting everyone except Dom who had a great last 400m.
I know I can run a faster mile but happy with the PR and enjoyed racing today.
