Notes

Had glute pain before the time trial rolled it out and stretched a a lot before, it started to feel better and did't really bother me too much on the warm up. Felt good the first 1k of the race, then the pack started to slow down, I took the lead but wasn't able to pick the pace back up. My glute started hurting worse with 1k to go but most of the pain was masked by the adrenaline of the time trial. After the race the adrenaline wore off my glute had a really sharp pain with impact. I was hoping it would go away with a slow cool down jog but that only aggravated it more so I stopped early.
