Treadmill after work. First mile or two pinching pain then it goes away. Other than the 30 minute drive home, I did not sit the rest of the night which seemed to help my hip not locking up. Almost a week since I last biked :'(

Post:
-2 minute side planks
-3 minute front plank
-1 minute front leg hold
-1 minute Russian twist (not great with hip)
-1x 16 single leg glute bridges
