Notes

First race in 14 months. I didn’t have any time expectations going into this race since I have only done 2 workouts. Overall felt good about the effort, but lost focus the 3rd lap. The race went out slow and became a sit and kick finish. Can definitely do better next week. Splits (49.95, 69.31,70.06,63.9)

Also thinking that I’m going to keep my training on the easier side moving forward, especially on easy runs. Legs felt fresh and recovered going into the race and I want to continue that trend going into cross next season.
