About 20 minute transition from the bike to LR with Matt. The plan was keep the pace chill but that went out the window pretty early and we both seemed fine with it. Last 6 miles averaged 6:0X and the last mile ~5:48. Time to tcb because I am wrecked.

Calf got really tight ~3-4 hours after this run but not as bad as last week. Longest long run and highest mileage week since May 2023.
