3x 12 single leg deadlifts 40lbs
3x 12 single leg squats (shallow range) 20lbs
3x 15 double leg banded squats (shallow range) 40lbs
3x 10 banded side walks with weight out front
4x 15 heel raises
1:30 side plank
2:00 front plank
