Push - I guess I am a body builder as that is the only thing that doesn't hurt my hip (other than the walking around the gym part)

4x bb bench (135lbs) - 12, 9, 8, 7

4x db standing overhead press (25lbs) - 10, 10, 10, 10

4x 10 dips

4x 12 cable chest flies

side plank - 1:30s

front plank 1:30s
